You will learn to increase muscle intelligence through movement, breathing techniques that will help you calm your nerves and increase focus and clarity and also work through manifestation processes to help bring your dreams and aspirations to life or make them even larger.
An added feature will be the face yoga sessions,where we will put you on a 21 day path to get chiseled features. We will also learn how we can use our face muscles to heal the rest of our bodies.All this, in the lap of mother nature, at the foothillsof the Dauladhar range, in Himachal Pradesh.
