A detailed schedule of 4 days
On day 1
(13apr), we have an intro session for two hours. This would include introductions from some of the attending participants. Another important task that we shall partake in is q/a. It is imperative for me to understand where my students have their minds placed and we do a little pre-class troubleshooting
On day 2
(15thapr), we shall begin with the prep of the Inbc and WINBC, the two buttercreams you will be learning. We shall also cover points about chocolate buttercream, temperature handling, and how colors and buttercream work.
On day 3
(16thapr) , we shall be decorating a cake with Indian Buttercream and we shall cover topics such as achieving straight sides and sharp edges as well as talk more about frosting densities and theoretical topics that aid to get better-looking cakes. This is my favorite day because we shall all be coming together to enter into a new phase in our careers. This is when you truly enter the buttercream world and I will gladly stand there to welcome you at the doorstep.
On day 4
We shall conclude with a detailed session about photography and also end with all troubleshooting required by the students and I ensure that all questions on the table have been cleared. After, we open the group chat for more discussion and community building moving forward.
