I own and run Cakes by M, a custom cake studio in Bengaluru, India. Pretty Piped Florals is a cummulation of my signature style florals on cake with whipped cream. It is an intensive and detailed course available in three options – Offline hands-on, offline demo and online pre-recorded.

Why whipped cream?

Whipped cream (non-dairy0 is cost-effective, easily available and widely used. It can achieve a very realistic effect on florals with the right coloring and piping techniques. Plus, learning to handle the delicate nature of whipped cream makes handling the sturdier buttercream and ganache a breeze.
